  • Tarte Amazonian Clay Foundation review

Skin Type: Combination and Oily

Coverage: Full

Finish:  Matte

Formulation:  Liquid

SPF: SPF 15

Official Price: $39

Tarte Amazonian Clay is an instant full coverage foundation infused with the best ingredients nature has to offer. It has a comfortable and non-caking formula powered by Amazonian clay which is the nature's most perfect ingredient for better, longer, truer wear. It's vegan, oil-free coverage.

One of the best things about this foundation is that it balances your skin.  In addition to Amazonian clay, it contains vitamin E and mineral pigments that also acts as a soothing emollient and antioxidant and can soothe and soften skin. It repairs your skin's moisture barrier and your skin will look smooth, even & hydrated and have fewer skin issues.

The texture is a lightweight mousse. It doesn't feel cakey, it looks soo natural. It blends easily and in 1 to 2 layers you can achieve full coverage on your skin. It can cover dark spots, redness & all imperfections and smooths over the appearance of pores & fine lines. They have 30+ shades available. The foundation really does last the 12 hours that it claims, even without a primer or setting spray and it lasts even longer with both. It controls oil without much creasing.

  • Urban Decay All Nighter Foundation review

Skin Type:  Combination and Oily

Coverage: Full

Finish: Natural

Formulation:  Liquid

SPF: No

Official Price: $40

Urban Decay All Nighter Foundation provides full coverage with a modern matte finish that never looks overdone. Get all-night wear and a blown-out effect you never thought was possible for a flawless-looking complexion. This waterproof, paraben-free formula diffuses light to blur flaws for beautifully perfected skin as it mattifies and absorbs oil to reduce the appearance of shine.

For a full coverage foundation with a matte finish, this foundation aims to give long-lasting wear that includes an oil-free formula comfortable enough to wear every day. Urban Decay loaded this formula with an insane amount of pigment, so a little goes a long way. you only use a very small amount and it-s straight to super even skin - there's no building layers of coverage required. When you pump this out and first apply it looks scary and pale -but panic not, this is due to the denseness of the pigment - it soon settles down and when it warms to your skin it does oxidise slightly to become the colour you see on the colour swatch.

There are 24 different colours to choose from, so a good range from porcelain through to deep. Perfect for all-night affairs and other scandalous activities, this revolutionary formula is also comfortable enough to wear every day

  • Conclusion

Tarte Amazonian Clay vs. Urban Decay All Nighter Foundation vs. IT Cosmetics CC+ Cream: Which is Best for You?

Tarte Amazonian Clay Foundation

If you have really dry skin, I do not recommend this product because it can get a little drying unless used with a primer or moisturizer but if you are someone with oily or combo this is really a great foundation that looks natural. It's vegan and oil-free with the identical tender matte end that actually doesn't cake up. The coverage is pretty good. Gives a nice natural looking finish and looks really good.

Urban Decay All Nighter Foundation

If you are looking for something full for nights out, are looking to create a flawless even base, are oily skinned, or are looking for lasting coverage for acne, rosacea, pigmentation or similar, I'd say you can't go wrong with UD All Nighter. But if you are dry skinned you'll need to prime, and probably moisturise, and you may find as with all matte dense foundations it can highlight areas of dryness and texture.

IT Cosmetics CC+ Cream

IT Cosmetics CC+ Cream is good for all skin type. Physical sunscreen with up to SPF 50+- it's perfect for even sensitive skin. I would recommend this to someone looking for a glowy, no-makeup-makeup look, but with the caveat that the limited color selection, especially for people with different undertones and deeper complexions.
