"It had to burst like that feeling of falling head over heels. A declaration of love, to love."- said François Demachy, Dior Perfumer-Creator. So this eau de parfum is a floral declaration of love. The current Miss Dior Eau de Parfum was released in 2017, to replace the fragrance of same name from 2012.

It is a romantic floral based scent. The fragrance opens with the brightness of Blood Orange and Mandarin as the top notes. The citrus notes hit you right away and give way eventually to the fresh floral notes of the Lilly of the Valley and Grasse Rose. In the heart of the perfume, the fresh, sensual beauty of the Grasse rose combines with the boldness of Damascus rose. They are woven with Calabrian bergamot, vivid rosewood from French Guiana, and pink pepper from Réunion Island. The citrus and the rosewood accords both complement the rose, yet contrast each other.

Lasting power is very good, and in terms of intensity, I'd say this is a notably strong Eau de Parfum. A few hours later it becomes very faint and only leave with a base of patchouli.

Miss Dior Chérie was a fragrance created by Christine Nagel for Christian Dior. This version is now discontinued. Miss Dior Chérie was available from 2005 to 2011: after perfumer François Demachy joined Dior, Miss Dior Chérie was reformulated and renamed Miss Dior. As a quick trick - if it's pink-ish, it's the former Miss Dior Cherie. If it's yellowish - it's the original Miss Dior (the really old one).

It is a novel gourmand chypre with an interesting combination of popcorn notes and strawberries. The official description included green mandarin, green tangerine, strawberry leaves, pink jasmine, violet, caramel popcorn, strawberry sorbet, patchouli, and crystalline musk.
