Sony α6100 Review
Google Users Rating:4.5/5.0
The Sony A6100 is the natural successor to the wildly popular Sony A6000, a beginner-friendly mirrorless camera that is still available to buy new today, five years after its launch. If you're looking for a small, beginner-friendly camera for both stills and video, then the A6100 is one of the best around. Its main strengths are its image quality, battery life and class-leading autofocus. The fact that it inherits many features from Sony's significantly more expensive APS-C cameras means it's can also grow with you.
The a6100 will certainly earn some side-eye from photogs who wouldn't be caught dead using a kit lens, but its plastic exterior isn't flimsy. The body measures in at 2.6 by 4.7 by 2.3 inches (HWD) and weighs 14 ounces without a lens attached. It's a rangefinder-style design, with the electronic viewfinder positioned at the rear left corner, rather than centered behind the lens.
The only real downsides are some handling quirks and a comparatively lackluster buffer when shooting continuously, but it's otherwise a fantastic buy once you've spent some time setting it up for your tastes.

Is the Sony α6100 Worth it?
The a6100 is the best camera for anyone who wants to step up from their smartphone or an older interchangeable-lens camera. Small enough for a coat pocket or purse (with its 3X zoom kit lens), the A6100 is easy to bring along anywhere. It captures fine image quality even in full auto mode, but it also offers considerable ability to refine settings and options.
Sony α6400 Review
Google Users Rating:4.6/5.0
Launched in 2019, for bloggers, vloggers and independent content creators, the Sony A6400 is a dream. Its still image quality is very good, its 4K video is even better, and its 180-degree screen and eye-detect AF are perfect for single-handed video capture.
The a6400 looks a lot like the a6300(Opens in a new window). And the Sony α6400 is a compact APS-C mirrorless camera. Thanks to its impressive image quality, it takes detailed, sharp images that are mostly free of visible noise, and its effective autofocus system helps keep your shot in focus as your subjects move. It also delivers impressive video recording quality in both 4k and FHD.
The Sony a6400 is great for travel photography. This camera is relatively lightweight, very well-built, and comfortable to use, even for people with fairly large hands. It should also have enough battery life for long shooting sessions.Unfortunately, it can struggle to smooth out camera shake if you're recording in 4k, so it's not ideal for filming while walking or running.

Sony α6600 Review
Google Users Rating:4.6/5.0
The Sony A6600 is Sony's latest and greatest offering in its popular A6000-series APS-C mirrorless cameras. Its 24.2MP sensor and BIONZ X image processor are nothing particularly special, but Sony has gone to town with the A6600's advanced autofocus and subject tracking capabilities.
The α6600 is Sony's flagship APS-C camera, sitting above the similar Sony α6400. Though the two share the same 24-megapixel APS-C sensor, the a6600 adds in-body image stabilization (IBIS), a bigger battery, and slightly sturdier build quality. Like other Sony cameras, it has an excellent autofocus system, and its tilting screen can flip all the way up, making this a solid APS-C option for videos and vlogs as well as photography.
The a6600 looks an excellent camera for video and vlogging, and its stunning AF, in-body image stabilization and large battery make it suitable for demanding stills photography. However, its still image quality is good rather than class-leading, which is a significant shortcoming given the a6600 is up against some terrific and more keenly-priced rival cameras, and while its video performance is broadly good, its marred by pronounced rolling shutter effect and pretty ordinary video specifications by today's standards.

Is the Sony α6600 Worth it?
The Sony Alpha 6600 is Sony's most advanced APS-C mirrorless camera yet. While it stands out in autofocus performance, 4k video features, and low-light performance, it falls short in other ways, including its cumbersome menu system and laggy operation, long buffer empty time, and slow sensor readout speed.

How We Test Cameras?
We test mirrorless cameras both in real-world shooting scenarios and in carefully controlled lab conditions. Our lab tests measure resolution, dynamic range and signal to noise ratio. Resolution is measured using ISO resolution charts, dynamic range is measured using DxO Analyzer test equipment and DxO Analyzer is also used for noise analysis across the camera's ISO range.
We use these real-world testing and lab results to inform our comments in buying guides. For compact cameras and phones, we judge on real world handling and photographic results alone.
Sony A6000 vs. A6100 vs. A6400 vs. A6600:Which One to Buy?
TheA6000,A6100, A6400 and A6600 have many things in common and we are sure that when it comes to image quality and autofocus, they deliver the same level of performance.
Overall, the Sony a6000 image quality is superb, especially when you consider the bargain price of this camera.
The a6100 is the most cost friendly model but to achieve this you sacrifice the EVF resolution, picture profiles in video and the dust and moisture resistant body.
The a6400 gives you a higher resolution EVF, picture profiles and a dust and moisture resistant body.
The A6600 distinguishes itself from the group with its larger grip, bigger battery and 5-axis stabilisation. It is certainly the most attractive offering of the four, but it comes at a cost.
