From the above table we can find that the main difference between the fenix 6X, the 6, and 6S would be size, weight, and battery life.
The 42mm Fenix 6S Pro with the smallest case size is the most compact, it also weighs the least and is slimmer than the other two which makes it the most comfortable wear out of these three. This makes the 6S Pro the best choice for women and those with smaller wrist size.
The Fenix 6X Pro with 1.4 inch display has a slight bigger display size than the other two which allows you see more at a glance.
The Fenix 6X Pro has the longest battery life that allows you go longer on a single charge.

About Garmin Fenix 6
The Garmin Fenix 6 is the middle child of the Fenix 6 series family. It's the version of the outdoor watch that we imagine current Fenix owners, or those on the hunt for a new sports watch, will be casting an eye over first.
Sitting in between the Fenix 6S and the hulking Fenix 6X, the 6 gives you pretty much all of the same features in a 47mm frame.
You can track runs, hikes, rounds of golf and even your time on the slopes. In terms of the breadth of activities tracked it's in a league of its own, but nearest natural competitors are the Suunto 9, Polar Grit X and Garmin's own (cheaper) Vivoactive 4, which offers similar sports tracking with far less data and battery life.
Going for the Fenix 6 Pro model gives you mapping and navigation features will keep you on the right track when you're out adventuring, and you've got plenty of battery life to keep you away from that charger for weeks or even months.

There are 6 modifications of the fenix 6. The Standard version is available in silver, Pro is black and the special edition can be carbon gray with a black band, black DLC with a red nylon band (Sapphire), Sapphire - Titanium with ember orange band, and the most durable Sapphire - Titanium with a vented titanium bracelet.
The Standard version () lacks the same features the 6S does.
The Pro version has all the missing things such as Wi-Fi, music storage, etc.
The Sapphire version has the sapphire lens and a diamond-like bezel.
The Special Edition versions have sapphire crystal lenses and also there are titanium versions.
About Garmin Fenix 6S
The Garmin Fenix range features nearly 20 versions – and the Fenix 6S is the smallest of the lot.
While a chunky build is synonymous with the Garmin Fenix, the Fenix 6S shrinks everything down into a more wearable package – although at $549.99 it's still top dollar for a sports watch.
It’s certainly the best Garmin Fenix for women and equally ideal for anyone who feels who the larger case size of Fenix watches is too bulky on the wrist.

It offers unparalleled activity tracking so you can be confident about your stats. | What is offers in tracking it lacks in style. |
Jacket Mode allows you to wear the watch over the top of your clothes so that you can use GPS and get notifications without having heart rate tracking enabled. | It does not offer much more from the Fenix 5 Plus. |
Well designed and unlikely to fail when you are wearing it. | The body is slightly chunkier than we would have expected. |
It comes in as one of the best outdoor smartwatch trackers, helping you to log every adventure. |
The fenix 6S has 8 modifications. The difference between the modifications is about colors, glass protection, lens material, and features. The Standard fenix 6s is available in white and silver colors, the Pro option is available in rose-gold and black modifications, and the 6S sapphire is available in rose-gold and carbon gray. If you want special editions of the sapphire it is available in rose-gold and light-gold color options.
About Garmin Fenix 6X

Verdict
The Garmin fenix 6S, 6, and 6X have different sizes, about the same modifications and therefore the 6S version is the smallest and most lightweight while the 6X is the heavier and has the biggest display. The same goes for battery life. If your wrist is average size and you don't want to miss battery life, go with the 6 or 6X but these models will probably be big for thinner wrists.
In other words, all three smartwatches are outstanding in design, features and long battery life. However, going by the varying sizes, your preferred choice would basically depend on your wrist size.
