Claims must be made no earlier than 15 days after the date of check-out. Any claims made prior to that date will be automatically rejected. In the event of a booking being amended, the cashback awarded will be adjusted accordingly.
Please note that the deadline to add a pending inquiry is 365 days from the event date. The merchant will refuse a pending inquiry done more than 365 days ago.
