How to "Add Purchase" manually?

Please allow the usual 1-7 days for the purchase to be added to your account. If you do not see it recorded after 7 days，please add your order in this page: /en/help/contact

Click the "Add a purchase to your account" button and write down the order confirmation. We will send to the merchant to check it out. Note that due to store response time it can take up to 30-45 days to resolve the inquiry.

The order amount and/or cash back that the store reports to us may alter slightly from the amount you add (due to shipping costs, taxes, coupon discounts, and/or cash back restrictions).
