Most of all No corn syrup, other hidden sugars, such as maltodrexin. No artificial colors, flavors, guar gum etc.

| Breyers French Vanilla

($5.14, up to 4% cashback at Walmart)

Source:instacart.com

Nutrition (per 87g): 180 calories, 10g fat (6g saturated fat, 0g trans fat), 21g carbohydrates, 3g protein, 18g sugars (13g added sugars)

Review: One customer said: "This is a great vanilla ice cream. It's very creamy in flavor and texture, delicious when made into a milkshake or just consumed alone. I'm a sucker for milkshakes, and with almond milk or regular milk, this has a great texture and flavor! "

But But some people also pointed out that this ice cream package says "indulgently rich & silky smooth". It isn't really either of those things. It's trying to be a premium ice cream, and while it doesn't fail miserably, it does fall short if the mark. The texture was way too light and fluffy to be a premium ice cream. A premium ice cream should be a more dense texture, this was almost marshmallow-y it was so light. The flavor wasn't bad, no artificial vanilla flavor, but it didn't really have a lot of flavor, it was kind of bland. If you're using this as a base for something like an ice cream cake or, mixing things into it, this could be a good choice.

| Breyers Natural Vanilla Ice Cream

($4.67, up to 4% cashback at Walmart)

Nutrition (per 88g): 170 calories, 9g fat (6g saturated fat, 0g trans fat), 19g carbohydrates, 3g protein, 19g sugars (14g added sugars)

Review: Breyers's Natural Vanilla is made with fresh cream, sugar, milk, and Rainforest Alliance Certified vanilla beans. Made with non-GMO sourced ingredients. Its distinctive taste brings out the natural goodness of your favorite fresh fruit desserts, like classic Apple Pie a la Mode or Peach Cobbler.

Breyers offers a few different vanilla varieties, but this version was the clear winner. With a short ingredient list and no eggs, the ice cream has a bright white color with a few vanilla bean specks throughout. Though it's a little crumbly when you try to eat it directly out of the freezer, the ice cream warms up fast and turns soft and silky in a matter of seconds. It's not overly rich or heavy and the flavor is more milky than creamy, which is a smart choice when you're pairing it with a rich, buttery pie crust. Breyers Natural Vanilla is also super balanced and tasty.

But some customers has reviewed that real vanilla beans bring an intense vanilla flavor. Breyers natural flavor vanilla ice cream has no intense vanilla flavor. It is very flat. It is no longer a quality ice cream. Real vanilla beans are very expensive.

| Breyers Coffee

($7.99, up to $2 cashback at Instacart)

Source:gardengrocer.com

Nutrition (per 78g): 140 calories, 5g fat (2.5g saturated fat, 0g trans fat), 23g carbohydrates, 2g protein, 15g sugars (12g added sugars)

Review: No longer ice cream - it's a now called a "frozen dessert" thanks to all the corn syrup, coconut oil, mono and diglycerides, guar gum, carob bean gum, tara gum, etc... It's a bland, sticky, insubstantial, oily slurry of artificial chemicals and fillers. Just awful.

One customer said: "Breyers Coffee flavored ice cream used to be my favorite, but that ended today. The product is light and fluffy, full of air, and not the creamy rich delicious flavorful product it used to be. This is a poor substitute for ice cream, and the last time I will ever purchase Breyers. "

| Breyers Rocky Road

($4.99 at Target)

02.jpg

Source:target.com

Nutrition (per 87g): 170 calories,7g fat (5g saturated fat, 0g trans fat), 26g carbohydrates, 3g protein, 17g sugars (13g added sugars)

Review: The chocolate covered almonds are what makes Breyers Rocky road the best. Changing it and adding more almonds dose not make it better. It makes it worse. The texture is off, it doesn't taste them same, there are too many almonds now. Whoever came up with this idea, dropped the ball.

One customer said: "I absolutely LOVED the old version of Breyer's Rocky Road because it was different and far better than all the other brands out there. The chocolate covered almonds are what made it so different and delicious. Sadly, I was unaware of the new recipe until after I drove 30 miles just to find it. Another review said the almonds overpower the chocolate & marshmallow flavors and I agree. It lost it's one of a kind flavor and that's very disappointing."

| Breyers Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Source:target.com

Nutrition (per 89g): 190 calories,7g fat (5g saturated fat, 0g trans fat), 30g carbohydrates, 3g protein, 19g sugars (17g added sugars)

Review: One customer said: "While the ice cream was fresh, there wasn't much flavor and wasn't as rich as other brands that I've tried. What made me most disappointed was the cookie dough was not soft, chewy and rich like you'd expect. the cookie dough pieces were crunch and gritty (almost like a graham cracker like another reviewer mentioned). "
