The Keen Newport H2 also offers the Keen patented toe bumper and eco-friendly anti-odor treatment. It features PFC-free water repellency and a “metatomical” footbed built to support the arch. According to Keen: the “metatomical footbed features an insole and last that are anatomically designed to provide better support. They are built around the overall shape of the foot with special emphasis on the first metatarsal joint (big toe).” This is great news for hikers, travelers, and water enthusiasts with a wider forefoot and/or flat feet. However, the Keen Newport H2 is not the lightest sandal on the market. It tipped the scales at 13.4 oz (381g) - 2.3 oz (77g) heavier than average for sandals. Therefore, I don’t recommend it to hikers looking for a lightweight pair of sandals.

The Keen Whisper sandals have a women specific fit and is lighter weigh, they are pleasant to wear when wet and dry quickly in the sun. You will also like that they can easily adjust the fit with the bungee cord lacing and take them on and off easily too. However, the KEEN Whisper sandals are slightly less toe protection, a lower profile sole, less of an arch, and has thinner more feminine webbing. Your foots may slide back further in them, than in a Newport H2.

The KEEN Newport H2 sandals pair the comfort and breathability of a sandal with the toe protection of a shoe. It has more toe protection for a variety of outdoor activities on land or in the water, and a special sole designed to help improve your traction on wet surfaces. Compared to Keen Whisper sandal, They are more heavy, but more comfortable, supportive (arch support) . The KEEN Newport H2 sandal is also noticeably wider, compare to Seacamp. They are available from toddlers to teens to grown-ups.

The KEEN Seacamp II CNX are designed for kids. You can think of the Seacamp II CNX as a lighter, more airy version of the Newport. It still has grip and a snug fit, but with a slimmer look and a more barefoot feel.
