Review: Corn flakes are very #crunchy on their own and the frosting makes them extra crispy. It is a very satisfying cereal to eat! They do however turn soft relatively quickly.
Even though they are high in sugar and can have an adverse effect on diabetics and hyperactive people/children, it is still tastes nice and it is okay to have once in a while, hmm maybe just not for diabetics.
Yummm they are addictive and once you start a bowl you just want more and they make a lovely crunch to boot.
Pros:
Great taste and flavour
Great packaging
Make a lovely crunch
Cons:
High in carbs
High sugar content

Review: Like most cereals, the suggested serving is 3/4 cup; that contains 110 calories, less than 1 gram of fat, 27 grams of carbohydrates and 1 gram of protein. The type of milk that you add to this is going to change the values so if you are on a strict diet you are going to have to factor in those numbers.
They have the great Corn Flakes texture, but with milk they become overloaded with sugar. They got soggy really fast also. But they're good for little kids who love sweet stuff.
Frosted Flakes have a nice crunch to them and if you love eating cereal out of the box and prefer something that has a sugar kick to it, these should be at the top of your shopping list. They aren't as healthy as Corn Flakes but if you are only having a handful or two it isn't going to wreck your diet.
Pros:
Healthy, fat-free cereal
Sugary coating helps maintain a decent crunch
Right amount of sweetness ⋅
Perfect for both kids and adults
Cons:
High in carbs
High sugars

Review: Corn flakes have two jobs: They should taste like something and they should be nice and crunchy. If you value texture above flavor, Kellogg's is the best brand of corn flakes for you. They're small and light and crispy—eating them is just so pleasant! And they taste good, too.
They have just the right amount of sugar, are crunchy, and hold their shape when dipped in milk; pretty much everything you look for in a bowl of corn flakes.
This cereal tastes great because it is a little bit sweet but not over powering the delicious corn taste. If you enjoy lower sugar in your diet without eating Bran than try this cereal! It's amazing to add some fresh fruit to it for a balanced breakfast.
Pros:
Tasted crunchy and nice
Great as breakfast or snack
Hold shape when dipped in milk
Not too much sugar
Cons:
High in carbs

Review: Original Special K cereal is low in simple sugars and fat, making it a healthy breakfast choice for most people. One bowl supplies a fairly small number of calories compared to your daily requirement. If you're eating three meals a day and consume between 1,500 and 2,000 calories per day, you need between 500 and 667 calories at each meal, less if you snack between meals. A bowl of original Special K contains no fiber.
The toasted rice cereal flakes are bigger and have more crisp texture than the puffed rice cereals typically used in no-bake cereal treats. The extra crunch is a nice contrast in the gooey snack.
One customer said: "This cereal is marketed at people trying to lose weight or maintain their 'shape'. However, the sugar content tells a different story and I have friend s that have been tld by physicians not to eat this cereal if you want to lose weight! That aside it is one of the healthier options (if you compare to corn flakes or coco pops!) Great choice for pregnant womne due to the folate content. I love the taste and it keeps me fuller for longer. Can be pricey but then again most cereals are! "
Pros:
High protein
Very healthy and light
Good crunch
Not overly complex with sugar
Slightly toasty flavor mixes well
Cons:
A little hard to chew
