First there's a blast of bergamot, then enters Mon Guerlain's main accord, centred around lavender. Not a laundry style lavender, though: this is a beautiful, gently spicy and crisp lavender, that feels very natural as well as gives off the impression of being… candied? Just imagine fresh lavender flowers dipped in a rich, thick licorice syrup. Goddess is a linear fragrance but that does not make it boring or in anyway less of a fragrance.

Mon Guerlain can be too overpowering at times, and this Burberry Goddess feels a bit easier to wear in various occasions. 

Goddess by Burberry is a nice day/daily scent for office etc. yet, can transition into evening activities easily. Pretty versatile and can potentially be a signature scent.
