Before diving into my in-depth discussion, look at the table below to get a key specs of them.

The Logitech G304/G305 has a classic look and a rather small, egg-shaped body. It has no RGB zones and only has a small Logitech G logo on the back. The mouse works for both palm- and claw-grip players, and at only 3.4 ounces, it's one of the lighter full-size wireless mice out there.You get six buttons: a left button, a right button, a clickable scroll wheel, a dots-per-inch (DPI) sensitivity adjuster and two thumb buttons.

The Logitech G PRO HERO wired is not the wired version of the Logitech G Pro Wireless, as the latter has a different shape. With a lithe, low body and a slim, lightweight profile, the G Pro Hero is extremely reminiscent of the beloved Logitech G100s mouse. The shape is technically ambidextrous, but it's more suitable for right-handed use because it only has thumb buttons on the left side. The Logitech G PRO HERO has six buttons: a left button, a right button, a clickable scroll wheel, a DPI selector directly beneath that wheel and two thumb buttons on the left side.  There's an RGB lighting strip along the back end, and the logo lights up too. You can customize the RGB lighting with various lighting effects; however, both the logo and the strip are considered a single lighting zone.

The G203 Lightsync is a slightly reworked version of the Logitech G203 Prodigy from a few years ago which still features a low-profile, semi-ambidextrous design, the only major difference is that the G203 Lightsync is nearly an entire ounce lighter, at only 2.1 ounces.  The body of the G203 Lightsync looks symmetrical, but it has two thumb buttons on the left-hand side and nothing on the right, making it ideal for right-handed players, and just passable for left-handed ones.The G203 Lightsync has a left button, a right button, a clickable scroll wheel, as well as a dots-per-inch (DPI) sensitivity button just below them. The “G” logo and an LED strip on the palm rest light up in attractive RGB colors.

All three are excellent options if the shape fits your hand size and grip style. It basically just comes down to price point, wired vs wireless, and how particular you are about your sensor.

The Logitech G203 Lightsync's feature set and performance far outweigh its price point, delivering solid value for money and covering all your bases for everyday play. Its RGB lighting even adds a welcome splash of color to your gaming den. That being said, more competitive gamers should steer clear. Because the Logitech G203's mercury sensor is still slightly inferior to the the Logitech G304/G305 and G Pro's Hero sensor. Considering the features it offers, the Logitech G203 Lightsync is the perfect mouse for casual gamers on a budget.

The Logitech G304 and G305 are the same mice with different model numbers from Logitech G Series. In different countries, one of the two models G304 and G305 would be available to choose from. Those who want an inexpensive, high-quality, no-frills wireless gaming mouse will find a lot to like in the Logitech G304 or G305. Granted, the Logitech G304 or G305 is missing a few features that newer wireless gaming mice possess, such as a rechargeable battery or a Bluetooth connection. There’s also no lighting whatsoever, RGB or otherwise.
