There are two reasons why people would prefer to purchase tickets on StubHub;
Fan Codes –These are points awarded to the buyer every time they buy a ticket, which they can then use later to buy more tickets.

How to resell tickets on StubHub:
Despite that, Stubhub is a reliable, well-known online selling platform since it gets a ton of visitors. Here’s how to sell sports tickets on StubHub:
1.) Search for the event from the StubHub home page and click on the “Sell Tickets” button on the top right corner.
2.) Once you’ve clicked on the sell tickets button, you’ll be prompted to search for the event for which you’re looking to sell tickets. Simply find the correct event and event date like the example below.
3.) From here, you will be prompted to sign in to StubHub or register an account if you haven’t already. If you’ve ever filled out an online form in your entire life, you know how to do this.
4.) After you’ve signed in/registered, you’ll be prompted to fill in some information including:
Do you have the tickets currently in your possession?
Will you deliver your tickets via PDF upload, mobile transfer, or shipping them?

Unfortunately, not much is known about the algorithms StubHub uses to recommend prices, though one thing you can do to ensure your tickets are priced fairly (at the time, at least) would be to simply go to that event and click on other competing sections that have listings of tickets that are just as good if not a little better or worse than yours. You’ll see how your listing will rate in terms of a deal score (1 to 5 “bars”) and you can price accordingly.
You’ll notice you have two options: “Fixed price” and “Declining price,” which is when StubHub will gradually reduce the price of the tickets from the starting price in order to keep the sale competitive. If you select the “Fixed Price” option when listing tickets, the price will stay the same for as long as the tickets are on sale.
Keep in mind, 9’s are good.
So $99 instead of $100, $49 instead of $50, you get the point.
Research shows people are more willing to buy in these situations (that’s a little mind trick).
Then choose how you want to get paid, either via PayPal or via paper check (you can also donate the proceeds to charity, which is nice, but not the point of this guide).
Don't forget to take your seller fees into account when you're working out your total sale price.

When you buy tickets for events at venues that participate in the website’s Fan Guarantee program, you have three days to change your mind after you buy them. So, who are these sellers whose Ticket City tickets are listed? These sellers are usually big wholesalers, brokers, individuals with extra tickets, event stakeholders, box office sponsors or organizers, and consolidators.
