#1. Popeyes

The best fast food chicken chain is Popeyes.

Popeyes has real chicken that is "marinated for at least 12 hours, then hand-mashed, hand-breaded, and has a rich Louisiana flavor".

We were impressed with the first bite. This chicken has everything. The inside is as juicy as the Church, but the crumb is full of flavor and seasoning.

I really liked the crunchy outside of the chicken tenders from Popeyes.

#2. Bojangles

I think the chicken tenders from Bojangles are delicious and super crispy.

I thought the chicken tenders were a good size.

The texture and flavor of the breadcrumbs make them taste like a cross between Chick-fil-A and Cook Out's chicken tenders.

The crumbs were spicy and just the right thickness, perfectly encasing the juicy white chicken inside.

I also thought the price was fair considering how much food I received. The chicken tenders pair perfectly with the honey mustard, but are also delicious on their own.

#3. Chick-fil-A

Chick-fil-A came in third because while we liked the taste and seasoning of the batter, the chicken tasted less authentic as the chain doesn't offer bone-in meat.

Chicken tenders from Chick-fil-A are good...but I really just use them as a vehicle for the chain's Chick-fil-A sauce.

Some chicken nuggets looked darker and more fried than others.

The chicken was well sautéed but still juicy inside.

However, they were not as crispy as I thought.

When I dipped them into the chain's signature Chick-fil-A sauce, the experience was simply mouthwatering.

#4. KFC

KFC chicken is crispy on the outside. However, they did have some fried bread crumbs sticking to the outside.

The KFC chicken was tender and contained a decent amount of white meat chicken.

But the slightly smaller size compared to others I've tried means they don't stand out.

#5. Church's Chicken

My next stop is Church's Chicken, a popular chicken chain.

On the first bite, I was struck by the overall juiciness of the chicken and the perfect crunch of the breadcrumbs. However, while the chicken itself was flavorful, the batter was bland.

According to the US Customer Satisfaction Index, the chicken chain outperformed its competitors and the restaurant industry overall.

ATLANTA — The annual customer service ranking of America's Hottest Restaurants has released its latest rankings, and a popular Georgia restaurant has once again topped the list.

Chicken Chicken leads the industry with a score of 83 for the eighth consecutive year, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). Fast food restaurants have an average rating of 76, with McDonald's last at 68 - down 3 percent.
