1.UGG Tazz Slipper

Typically Price:  $130–$238, Official $130

Color:  3 colors

Size: US 5-18

Review: UGG's viral Tazz slippers are the perfect blend of loungewear meets streetwear. The style, which was first introduced in 2021, looks like the iconic UGG Tasman, although with a small platform and brighter braided trim.

Popularized by numerous celebrities and supermodels, including Elsa Hosk and Gigi Hadid, these elevated (literally — they have a platform) mules are great for those looking for an indoor-outdoor slipper. The cushioned shoe is lined with Ugg’s signature UggPlush, a moisture-wicking and incredibly cozy multi-wool blend fabric. The chunky platform revamps the classic slipper design and feels like you’re actually walking on a cloud. It dips lower at the back of the heel, which may make some people’s ankles slip out, so be sure to find your perfect size to avoid any sliding.

Color:  8 colors

Size: US 5 - 18

Review:The UGG Tasman is a longtime fan favorite that continuously gets rediscovered generation after generation due to its ultra-lightweight, durable outsole, plush wool lining, and suede uppers. It goes with anything and has an easy slip-on silhouette that will stay timeless forever.

What separates these slippers from the crowd is the unique clog-style design: The slip-on style has a slight back, so your foot won’t slip out as you walk. It’s detailed with an embroidered braid design that encircles the collar of the shoe and comes in two neutral shades that fit any season — classic black and the brand’s trademark chestnut hue. Ugg hit a home run with this shoe that delicately toes the line between indoor and outdoor wear, making this style their highest seller in 2025.

Color:  4 colors

Size: US 5 - 12

Review: A plush sheepskin collar and effortless slip-on design pair with a rugged sole for ultimate cozy versatility in UGG's Coquette slippers.

This slipper silhouette is as traditional as it gets, but Ugg elevates the timeless style with a super thick fur trim that lines the interior and edge of the shoe. While you may look at these slippers and deem them appropriate for indoor use only, you actually can take this ultra-fluffy pair outside, thanks to the Treadlite outsole. This protects the delicate suede exterior from the elements in the cooler months and gives you the duality of wearing this slip-on for lounging or all-day errand running. Just be sure to wear a thick sock with this pair of Uggs if you plan to wear them out in the cold, as the mule design will expose your heels to the brisk air.

4.UGG Classic Ultra Mini Boot

Typically Price: $150 - $160

Color:  9 colors

Size: US 5 - 18

Review: The Ultra Mini Uggs are a new version of the Classic boot with a much shorter shaft.  Like the classic Ugg boot, the Ultra Mini Uggs are lined with sheepskin, made with upcycled wool, and have the signature rubber sole that's lightweight, flexible, and leaves an Ugg imprint in sand or snow. The only difference is that the Ultra Minis have a pull tab. Since they're so much shorter, this is practically essential for putting them on.

Even though these are shorter than the Classic boots, the fur lining still keeps your feet toasty without overheating them. The outsole is complete with the brand’s Treadlite technology, a lug sole design that ensures a bit more traction than your typical slipper. Despite this being one of the top sellers this year, the shoe is available in seven different hues — ranging from sandy shades to cherry red (a perfect pick for the holidays).

Material: Twinface sheepskin upper, sheepskin lining, upcycled wool, Tencel lyocell sockliner, polyester binding | Shades: | Features: Water repellency treatment, Treadlite by Ugg EVA outsole, leather heel, embossed logo

UGG Tazz vs. Tasman vs. Coquette vs. Ultra Mini: Comparison Side by Side

1.Material & Quality

Ugg Tazz Slippers

Compared to the UGG Tasman, the Tazz is a bit stiffer and less pliable due to the 1.75" platform. The suede uppers may be rougher in texture than the Tasman, due to manufacturing inconsistencies. The new sugarcane outsole makes them lightweight and easy to walk in. The wool/lyocell blend lining feels just as nice as the old sheepskin that UGG used to use, and it's breathable.

Furthermore, the Tazz is durable and suitable for either lounging at home or for running errands around town. Pair them with colorful socks in the fall for a dopamine boost.

Ugg Tasman Slippers

Similar to most Ugg Boots, the outer portion of Ugg Tasman Slippers are made of suede. The braid surrounding the slipper’s ankle is made of a 70% polyester/30% rayon blend. Sheepskin and wool line the interior of the slipper, providing extra warmth and comfort!

If treated well, the Tasman slipper will be a long-wearing investment that should outlast several seasons of regular wear. At $110, they aren't an impulse buy, but they are certainly worth the price. The uppers can be treated with a suede protector if you plan on wearing them outdoors.

UGG Coquette Slipper

This Ugg slide hits all marks: lightweight, comfortable, simple design, and easy to take on and off. Coated in sheepskin, your feet will thank you for the added warmth and comfort these shoes bring.

And the lightweight outsole can easily be worn outside any late-night ice cream runs or trips to your bodega. The timeless design will last for years in your shoe collection, but you may notice that the sheepskin insole may wear off after consistent wear — but that’s standard for most fuzzy slippers.

UGG Ultra Mini Boots

UGG Ultra Mini boots, including the Ultra Mini, have real shearling/leather uppers that are treated for water-repellence and stain-resistance, but the footbeds are lined² in a material called UGGplush that’s 80% wool and 20% lyocell. The lining, which measures 17mm, is quite plush and warm.

The Ugg Ultra Mini boot is easily identified by the tonal stitching on the exterior and the UGG labels at the heel.Given the lower shaft height, these are more optimal for warmer climates than colder ones, and they're also ideal for transitional seasons.

2.Fit & Sizing

 UGG Tazz Slipper

The UGG Tazz runs true to size. They do not come in half sizes, so if you are between sizes, and you plan to wear them with socks, I recommend sizing up. Like with most UGG shoes, the lining will conform to your foot, and they will stretch a small amount as you wear them.

Ugg Tasmans Slipper

Unlike Ugg Classic Ultra Minis, Ugg Tasmans run pretty small. I’d recommend sizing up one size. If you’re in between sizes, size up half a size.

UGG Coquette Slipper

The UGG Coquette runs small. Go one size up! Like most UGG styles, the sheepskin will flatten with wear and the shoes will stretch up a little bit. If you're going to wear these with socks, I advise going up one size. If you are in between sizes, definitely go up a size.

UGG Ultra Mini boots

UGG Ultra Mini boots are only offered in whole sizes and they have a forgiving round toe, so I would recommend sizing down if you are in between sizes and plan to wear these boots sockless. But if you have wide feet and/or plan to wear winter socks with your Uggs, then I would suggest ordering your normal size (or the next size up if you wear a half size).

3. Outsole

 UGG Tazz Slipper

The outsole of UGG Tazz Slipper is either a sugarcane EVA outsole, which is a responsible compound using sugarcane foam that allows to reduce dependency on fossil fuels by replacing petroleum-based ethylene, or a Treadlite by UGG™ outsole.

Ugg Tasmans Slipper

The outsole of Tasmans Slipper is also either a sugarcane EVA outsole or a Treadlite by UGG outsole.

UGG Coquette Slipper

Just like UGG Tazz and  Tasmans Slipper, the outsole of Coquette Slipper is also either a sugarcane EVA outsole or a Treadlite by UGG outsole.

UGG Ultra Mini Boots

Just like all above three pair of UGG Slippers, the outsole of Ultra Mini boots is also either a sugarcane EVA outsole or a Treadlite by UGG outsole.

Ultimately, It's not much difficulty when it comes to choosing which boots is most suitable for you. Let's see the comparison table below!

Final Verdict: Which UGG Is Right For You?

In the battle of UGG Tazz vs. Tasman vs. Coquette vs. Ultra Mini, there’s no clear winner -  because it’s all about what speaks to your individual style and what you’re looking for in your comfortable shoes. Such as you want a shoe with full capabilities for your outdoor adventures or a slipper that assures maximum comfiness?  Or Where do you plan to wear your Ugg slippers?

UGG Tazz Slippers

Basically, the cooler, younger sister of the original Tasman slippers, the Tazz has a platform touch that adds a little pizzazz to the indoor/outdoor shoe.

While these shoes are definitely slippers, we’ve seen them styled with everything from jeans to oversized blazers, making them great for those looking for something easy to throw on.  For the person in your life who loves looking fashionable but values comfort above all else. They’ll be able to dress these cozy mules up or down depending on the occasion.

UGG Tasman Slipper

The Tasman slipper is the perfect option for someone who prioritizes comfort both in and out of the house. Whether you’re running errands or lounging inside, you can wear this clog-style shoe as a house slipper or take it outdoors thanks to its Treadlite technology — a sole design unique to Ugg that is cushioned enough to wear indoors yet durable enough for outdoor use.

One huge positive of the Ugg Tasman Slippers is their price. Priced at $40 cheaper than Ugg Classic Ultra Minis, Tasmans allow shoppers to wear Uggs at a lower price point.

UGG  Coquette Slippers

If an errand run could turn into a whole day out, consider the Coquette. The outsole on the Coquette will put all your other boots and shoes to shame. Its patented technology is built to last for years, and there are very few places you can’t walk in your Coquettes.

The biggest distinctive feature of this slipper is the patented Treadlite by UGG™ outsole, which optimizes the durability and traction of the slipper. Using the same technology from UGG’s world-renowned boots, these outsoles keep you comfortable on any terrain.

UGG  Ultra Mini Boots

The UGG Ultra Mini boots boast the same soft suede upper, sheepskin lining, and signature rubber sole that we all know and love from the classic boots. It’s like getting the best of both worlds – the classic comfort with a twist of newness.

The Ultra Mini boots are perfect for your work from home looks, your loungewear days, or pretty much any fall or winter day. The extra low shaft height makes them chic enough to pair with slouchy socks, denim, bike shorts, knitwear, bodycon dresses, sweatsuits, cropped trousers, leggings, and joggers.

FAQs

1.How do you clean Ugg Slippers?

Ideally, if you want your Ugg’s to last for years to come, you may want to pre-treat them with a water- and stain-resistant spray. But we totally understand that life happens, and you may need to clean your Uggs.

Refresh your shoes by brushing them with a clean damp sponge — just make sure you stuff the inside of your slipper with paper towels and allow the shoe to fully dry once you’re done. If you have suede cleaner you can use that on the suede outer part of the shoe.

Or you can opt for Ugg’s care kit that comes with a protector, cleaner and conditioner, shoe renew wash, and two cleansing brushes.

2.Do Ugg slippers stretch over time?

Naturally, sheepskin does tend to stretch over time, but not in any drastic ways. You’ll discover that the more you wear your Uggs the more squished the wool will become and you’ll find that your shoe actually molds to your foot shape.

3.Do Ugg slippers run big or small?

Slippers tend to feel larger than other shoes, so Ugg recommends sizing down when purchasing their sheepskin slippers. Over time the shoe will give a bit and mold to your foot.

4.Can you wear Ugg shoes outside?

There are some Ugg slippers that you can wear outside and some that are advised for indoor-use only. You can usually tell by looking at each design whether it can be worn outdoors because these slippers will have thicker soles.

5.How do you convert Ugg men’s and women’s shoe sizes?

To convert your U.S. “women’s” shoe size to "men's," simply subtract two sizes from your "women's" shoe size. This means that a women’s size seven is a men’s size five. Alternatively, to convert your “men’s” shoe size to a U.S. “women’s,” add a size and a half to your original number.

6.How to Tell if UGG is Original?

Copies are getting harder to tell the difference between. And no, we're not talking about your average UGG dupe, here. We're talking about manufactured counterfeits that try to sell you the dream. Thankfully,  There has put together a guide on how to tell, "Are my UGG boots real?'"or you can read more from guide "UGG Boots Real vs Fake Guide 2025: How to Tell if UGG is Original?"
