Store Credit Redemption and Game Rules T&Cs

1. These terms and conditions (the "T&Cs") apply to the Lunar New Year game promotion (the "Promotion"), which is being promoted and run by THE NET-A-PORTER GROUP ASIA PACIFIC LIMITED trading as “NET-A-PORTER” (the “Promoter”).

2. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

3. The Promotion is available to all the Promoter’s customers [who are over 18 years old] with a registered account on www.net-a-porter.com (“Eligible Participants”). Staff, contractors and employees of the Promoter and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

4. Eligible Participants can play the Lunar New Year game on WeChat (the “Game”) to be in with a chance to win a Prize (as defined below), from 00:01 CST on 1 February 2021, up to and including 23:59 CST on 7 February 2021 (the “Promotion Period”). 

5. Eligible Participants may play the Game up to five (5) times per day. For the avoidance of doubt, any Game scores achieved outside of the Promotion Period or which exceed the number of daily plays will not be counted towards this Promotion.

6. The winners of the Prizes will be the top ten (10) highest scoring Eligible Participants of the Game at the end of the Promotion Period (the “Winners”). 

7. Winners will be notified by the Promoter via WeChat on or around 8 February 2021, and at the same time, the Promoter shall publicly announce the Winners via WeChat article. To redeem their Prize, Winners must reply to the WeChat message with the e-mail address linked to their account on www.net-a-porter.com. The Promoter will not be liable for its inability to contact a Winner or to deliver the Prize as a result of any mistakes or errors in the information provided by a Winner.

8. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Winners, but if a Winner cannot be contacted or is unavailable, they will be taken to have forfeited their Prize.

9. There will be a total of ten (10) Prizes awarded to ten (10) Winners, as follows:

a. RMB 10,000 store credit for the Eligible Participant who ranks first in the Game;

b. RMB 5,000 store credit for the Eligible Participants who ranks second, third and forth in the Game;

c. RMB 1,000 store credit for the Eligible Participants who rank fifth to tenth in the Game

(the “Prizes”, each a “Prize”).

10. The Prize shall be applied to the Winner’s account on www.net-a-porter.com as store credit by 12 February 2021. The Promoter will calculate each Winner’s Prize amount using the exchange rate selected by the Promoter from time to time. 11. Any personal information provided to the Promoter by the Winner may be held and used only by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Promotion and fulfilling and delivering the Prize to the Winners. 12. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. The Prizes are for personal use only and must not be resold or used for other commercial purposes.

13. The Promoter reserves the right at its discretion to revoke, suspend, cancel and/or amend the Game, the Promotion and these T&Cs at any time and without notice.

14. In the event of any dispute regarding these T&Cs and all other matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
