In the event of a cash back dispute, Accorhotels.com will automatically request an invoice from the member as proof of stay at the hotel booked by the member. For reservations booked early on, Accorhotels.com reserves the right to postpone the cash back payment upon presentation of an invoice as proof of stay of the member at the hotel booked.
